The National Priority Action Plan 2015/2016 - 2017/2018 (NPAP) is not a stand-alone document, but rather part and parcel of the National Strategic Plan 2015/2016 - 2019/2020 (NSP).
The National Priority Action Plan details the implemention and priorities the activities within the first three years of the National Strategic Plan as part of guuidance for the different stakeholders.
