THE NATIONAL HIV AND AIDS PRIORITY ACTION PLAN (NPAP) 2023/24-2024/25 [NPAP]

3 The process of developing this NPAP, which was highly consultative and participatory was supervised and coordinated by UAC. TWGs which had been constituted to provide input and guidance to the NSP development were convened to play the same role in the development of the NPAP. The TWGs provided technical input and reviewed the strategic actions and activities for implementation for each of the thematic areas. The output targets and indicators were also discussed and approved. The Consultants produced drafts incorporating all possible feedback to produce this final version of the NPAP.

Development of Annual Work Plans: The UAC will pull out and consolidate all the priority actions pertaining to a given lead agency and share with them. Thereafter, each agency working with the IPs will develop an operational action/work plan with more detailed actions for accomplishing each priority action.
