The Monitoring and Evaluation Plan for the National HIV and AIDS Strategic Plan 2020/21-2024/25 is part of the three ones for the HIV and AIDS response in Uganda, that is, one coordinating body, one strategic plan and one M&E Plan
The NSP M&E plan seeks to strengthen tracking NSP implementation progress, measuring NSP achievements against targets and exploring various data utilization avenues for informed decisions regarding programme improvement. It is therefore the guiding document for results and evidence based tracking and management of Uganda National HIV and AIDS response during the period 2020/21-2024/25. It was developed in a participatory consultative manner and is intended for use by stakeholders involved in generating, collecting, analyzing and using evidence about the National HIV and AIDS response.
